- TRAINING IN RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION MANAGEMENT -
- The standard NP4457 - Management of Research, Development and Innovation (IDI), in which Micronorma is certified, underwent a revision at the end of last year.
Given the importance of innovation for our activity, in order to prepare ourselves to comply with the standard and the new requirements, a training session was held to learn about the changes in order to identify solutions that guarantee compliance with the same, and the respective Micronorm recertification. - This training was divided into two parts, the first focusing on the standard and the changed concepts, also using the new ISO 5600 standard - Innovation Management, Fundamentals and Vocabulary, and a second part focusing on Creativity, as an essential aspect. and necessary for the creation of innovation, through the application of a tool to stimulate creativity and ideation - SCAMPER.
