Competitiveness and Internationalization Operational Program

With the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of the Portuguese economy and its presence in the international market, PT2020 provides incentives for projects that strengthen SME entrepreneurship qualification in the field of "Competitiveness and Internationalization".
Of the various thematic objectives established by the PT2020 program Micronorma is acting in OT3: Reinforcing the competitiveness of SMEs, with the project:
New organizational methods for strengthening organizational and management capacities
The main objective is to strengthen the organizational and management capacity of the company. This reinforcement, along with the company's innovative capacity, enables the development of new products that are highly innovative, differentiated and add high value for customers, allowing them to significantly improve the efficiency of their production process and the quality of their final product.
The project foresees the realization of investments that allow to reinforce the activities of Marketing and Organizational.
