- With our business growing we consider that Operations dtp is the key to achieve a more efficient work flow. Already featuring tasks like managing customers’ requests, costs estimate, purchasing, work preparation, bridging between the Design & Development Department and the Production Department, and providing after-sales assistance, we now have more cohesive and structured workforce capable of keep with the increasing workload. Our aim with this investment is to improve our service level in order to provide a better customer support.
